Holly Smith

Discover our favourite activity sessions for older adults

As you age perhaps exercise doesn’t always come to the forefront of your mind and things such as socialising with friends and family take priority.

Being active not only helps you to stay physically fit but it can also decrease your chances of depression, dementia, falls and also improve your immune function (UK Chief Medical Officers’ Physical Activity Guidelines, 2019).

Below we have compiled a list of our top four favourite providers who offer sessions for older adults, to get active at your own pace and incorporates socialising and fun too!
