A home-based exercise routine can be a super easy and convenient way of fitting in a workout without even having to leave your home. If you would like to consider yourself as the next Diana Moran, better known as the Green Goddess of the 1980’s, we have compiled a range of resources to help you build physical activity into your daily routine – and even better, from the comfort of your own home!

Before you start, make sure that you find a place in your home where you can exercise comfortably. You’ll want to find an area that has enough room for you to move your arms and legs freely.

Remember, there are a LOT of free videos and resources available online. Take some time to find out which instructors or workouts are most suitable for you.
