Gentle Seated Yoga

Adaptive Yoga is designed for people with injury, limitations, or disability. Adaptive Yoga shows you a way of re-inhabiting the body, with greater ease and harmony, no matter how painful the body may feel.

Join the Our Parks Live Full Body Workout from the comfort of your home. This class is a body weight class and no equipment needed. Our Coach will go live at the advertised start time and you can join by clicking the live link.
