Couch to Family Fit


Being active is about finding out what works for you. We can help you find loads of great activities to choose from, however fit (or unfit) you think you feel.
Enjoy getting fit as a family from home by following our fun online workouts that are suitable for all levels and ages and flexible to fit into your schedule. You can follow the suggested 4-week programme with 3 sessions per week, or find your own routine. You can repeat a session or a week, whatever works for you and the family! No equipment needed. Suitable for all fitness levels. Videos are not live, so it is flexible to fit into your schedule.
