Making a cup of tea – 3 minutes!

Make your own workout routine
- Use your favourite exercise activities to make up your own personalised exercise routine.
- This could range from as little as 5 minutes or 30 minutes and can be done as many times in the week as you like. Remember to progress at a pace you feel comfortable at and to take rest days to help you recover.
- This is a great way to increase motivation and enjoyment as you take control of what you do.
Find an on-demand routine
On-demand exercise videos can be a great way to fit planned sessions into your day as and when suits you.
These sessions are often free and provide you with the power to discover a range of exercises so that you can find the ones you most enjoy.
Join a live session
Live sessions are a great way to form a weekly routine and increase your retention levels. It is a great way to get socialising as you may form relationships with other participants and the coaches.
These sessions often have a small fee to participate, however, not all of them will so it is worth having a look around the find a suitable sessions for you.
