With the UK going into a second lockdown Our Parks have increased their offerings to help you stay active at home.
Below is a recap and introduction to their range of current offerings, introducing Couch to Bhangra and live streaming of park sessions on the 5th November.

Online Home Workouts with Our Parks
You can continue your local park-based sessions at home via zoom so that you can stick to a routine and stay active! Make sure you book onto the class you like and receive the specific link to access the live session.
This new offering starts 5th November so make sure you’re ready to keep moving!
Couch to Fitness
This is a free 9-week online fitness course for beginners that will get you active and feeling fitter with 3 video sessions a week. Each video involves three difference coaches all working at different intensities so you can choose the right intensity for you.
There is also an active and supportive online community Facebook group to help keep you motivated. Join now and get started!
Couch to Family Fit
This is a free 4-week online at home programme plan for beginners to get active with their family. The programme consists for 3 video sessions a week with rest days in-between. Each video sessions have three difference coaches working at different intensity levels meaning you can choose the right one for you and caters for the whole family.
Couch to Bhangra
This is a free 4-week online programme for beginners to increase your fitness through bhangra-style fitness classes. The plan involves three video sessions a week with rest days in between. The instructor works at different energy levels each day allowing you to take it easy if you like.
This new exciting programme commences on the 5th November 2020 so get ready to experience Bhangra fitness!
Our Parks on Demand
